Copyright and DMCA Policy

KhelGossip respects copyright. If you believe material on our site uses your work without permission, tell us and we will review it promptly. We handle complaints under India’s Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and also accept notices in the format of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to send a notice

Email contact@khelgossip.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

1. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
2. A description of the work you own, with a link to the original if possible.
3. The exact KhelGossip URL or URLs where the material appears.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your notice, review it, and remove or disable access to the material if the claim is valid. Where we can, we will tell the person responsible for the content.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake, email us with the removed URL, an explanation of why you have the right to use the material, your contact details and your signature. We will review it and may restore the material.

Repeat infringement

We will remove content from, and block, anyone who repeatedly posts material that infringes copyright.

Please do not send false notices. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes copyright can carry legal liability.
