This policy explains what personal data KhelGossip collects when you visit khelgossip.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. KhelGossip is a brand of Phpyouth Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which is responsible for your data.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Emails: whatever you include when you write to us.
- Comments: the name, email address and comment you submit, and your IP address, which WordPress records to help prevent spam.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
- Server logs: our host records IP addresses and requests for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive personal data such as financial, health or identity document details.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages, corrections and tips.
- To publish and moderate comments.
- To understand which pages are read, so we can improve our coverage.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal obligations.

KhelGossip does not currently show advertising. If we introduce ads, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy before doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact form submissions for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and comments for as long as they are published. Analytics data is kept in line with the settings of the services above. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that apply to you, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct or update inaccurate data.
- Delete your data, for example a comment you posted.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
Email contact@khelgossip.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children
KhelGossip is a general sports news website. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to people who need it. No website can guarantee complete security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
